There are different thickness of rubberized tire cord fabrics produced by our factory. If you have special requirements, please tell us what products you make, the detailed specifications and the thickness . We can also produce according to your requirements.
Rubberized tyre cord fabric is semi-product of tires, and also can be used to produce rubber hose, tire . Natural rubber calendered fabric is suitable for various rubber products and plays the role of skeleton support.

Packing and delivery:
1. Packing details : International standard export packing in packages or according to customer's requirement.
The fabric is wound on a wooden shaft / iron shaft, then wrapped with black polyethylene film, and then covered by PE film, finally tightly PP woven bag.
Every roll weight/length according to customer's requirement.
2. Payment Terms : 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, 70% at sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Time :
after received workable deposit
2 -5 days for samples
15-20 days for 1-3 20 fcl containers
20-30 days for 3-5 20 fcl containers
